You can raise a return request within 14 days of purchase. If product is in damage condition or its incorrect return will be free otherwise buyers will have to pay for returns. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns on all orders if they are returned to us in their original condition within 14days of purchase. You will simply need to arrange for the product to be returned to us for a Full Refund.

Return Process for Standard (2-Man) Items
For eligible standard items, we will arrange a two-man collection service. The item will be picked up at a scheduled time that is convenient for you.
Return Process for Bed Slats
Please note that the two-man collection service does not apply to bed slats.

If the bed slats are unsuitable, you will need to return them using a third-party carrier at your own cost.

If the bed slats arrive damaged or with missing parts, we will provide a prepaid returns label for you to send them back.
