At Bed slat replacements, all our items are unused and in their original packaging. However, due to manufacturer or logistics issues, defects or problems may occur and we'll do our best to resolve your issue on priority basis. We promise to do our utmost not only to provide a good quality product and customer experience but also to make things correct if you experience any problems in your shopping experience. You can raise a return request within 14 days of purchase. If product is in damage condition or its incorrect return will be free otherwise buyers will have to pay for returns. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns on all orders if they are returned to us in their original condition within 14days of purchase. You will simply need to arrange for the product to be returned to us for a Full Refund.
You can request a return by contacting us through phone, or sending a mail (sales@bedslatreplacements.co.uk) within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The products will be picked up at a scheduled time convenient for you.
We are happy to return an order prior to dispatch and offer a full refund for the order.
